    My second time going to this particular Shake Shack. The first time I was highly impressed by the staff. My one and a half year old can be a bit much but the staff was so incredibly kind and happy. I noticed how clean and efficient the whole operation was. My second time was tonight. I am blown away by the manager who allowed her staff to rotate breaks and offer her employee on break a drink and went to the extent to bring it for her. I know this seems like a small gesture but being in the industry myself I know how truly rare a great manager can be. Our whole experience was elevated by the care that was expressed through the staff. The food was of course as delicious as you’d expect especially love the truffle burger but it is that manager and the friendly staff that has made me a life long customer.

    Great food. Cooked to perfection. Great fries and drinks. Shakes are great. The hot dog was good but def not worth 5. Skip the dog if you can. Otherwise everything is great. Final verdict: coming back

    I thoroughly enjoyed the chill layed back vibe. Kid friendly w/ assortment of coloring activities and crayons. My 7 year old actually ate his whole cheeseburger which is rare, I guess he liked it! The French fries were crispy. The food was a little bit greasy for this health freak but will return for my son.

    Sweet spot for a burger and fries. Super convenient to local stores and Nesconset Highway. Order from pad or at the counter. I didn’t get a shake but they looked fabulous. Cheesy fries were good at the start but the cheese got cold quickly.

    Love shake shack! Well run tasty so on and so on Use the app skip the line, set up my order at 11 am for a 6pm pick up at 6 pm got a text and the guy called out my order. Amazing Pretty cool place too they have there own beer, and its 7 bucks for 24 oz great deal! Wine too but it was ok well priced Fries and burger and hot dogs great, hot chicken sandwich , when they have is great The chillie hamburger is so good, wish they sold the chillie by its self, so good
